Dale Ray has a general civil litigation and trial practice with an emphasis on medical negligence and professional liability, serious bodily and personal injury and tort litigation, and insurance law and litigation, including bad faith in claims handling. He has extensive trial and appellate practice experience in the Georgia state and federal courts. Dale's current personal injury and medical negligence practice is limited to representing the victims of wrongful conduct and their families but past experience has included substantial criminal defense work, business and construction litigation and over ten years of insurance defense litigation and related representation of liability and casualty insurance carriers.

Dale lives with his wife, son and daughter in Forsyth County, Georgia. He is an active member of his neighborhood association and the Cumming First United Methodist Church. His hobbies and interest include work and play with his family and pets, playing the guitar, computers and technology, and enjoying northeast Georgia's many natural resources.
